About Kansas Cannabis Industry Association

The mission of the Kansas Cannabis Industry Association is to advocate for the legalization of medical cannabis in the State of Kansas while promoting the growth of a regulated industry that assists those with medical conditions whose lives will be improved with the use of medical cannabis.

We serve this mission by providing valuable information and education through policy analysis and information on best practices to business leaders, lawmakers, state regulators and the people of Kansas.

We promote responsible business practices, corporate responsibility and stewardship of medical cannabis so that individuals with chronic pain and other medical conditions successfully treated with cannabis may live with less pain and so the State of Kansas and its taxpayers are the secondary beneficiary of this legislation.

We engage in legislative efforts to legalize a medical cannabis market in Kansas and to ensure that lawmakers and Kansans understand the benefits of a state-regulated medical cannabis industry versus the harms of prohibition.
